{Dedicated to Duncan} Inspired by a poem from Jouste/Duncan: ” I labor and one day as I rest in the field she comes with stories and fire and we have crystal ice water and lamb’s quarters in the field. At dusk she takes flight as a solar flare and travels to her world of restoration and joy and I sleep until the labor begins anew.” The background is a print I found at the thrift store. The painting of St. Augustine is by Philippe De Champaigne (1602 – 1674)
