Living in the heart of the Andulucian mountains, poor and frustrated, I turned to painting as a way of release. I soon discovered it was my missing link the part that is always in front of you but you never see! Spain gave me the colours I love and the passion I feel. Inspired by a Picasso documentary and the simple way he used shape, form and colour allowed me to do my latest collection. I love the characters of the normal man or woman in the street and I’ve endeavored to capture this in its simplist form. Showing love, anger, disputes between races, old love, and a soupson of humour . I hope you enjoy and that they will impress upon your memory.
